A teenage boy sustained severe injuries after his right hand was accidentally pinned inside a grass crusher machine in front of his house at Kampung Gong Kepas near Kampung Raja here Saturday.
Mohd Idris Baharuddin, 14, was putting the grass into the machine to feed his cows before the mishap occurred at 12.20pm.
Kampung Raja fire and rescue station officer-in-charge, Hasmadi Jusoh said they received the distress call at 12.40pm.
"When we arrived at the scene, the victim's hand was already badly injured, from his fingers up to his wrist," he told Bernama.
He said the boy was taken to Besut Hospital for treatment and in stable condition.
