The number of flood victims in Terengganu dropped to 22,617 from 23,102 this afternoon, said the National Security Council (NSC) portal.
However, the number of flood victims in Kemaman district rose to 19,869 tonight compared to 19,287 earlier.
The flood situation in Dungun district has improved with many victims allowed to return home.
As of 9pm, Dungun has 2,719 victims compared to 3,754 earlier. Kuala Terengganu has six while Marang has 23 victims.
The Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) said the water level at major rivers in Terengganu are below the danger level.
