A teacher is often perceived by parents as the best individual to teach and educate their child as their do not make mistakes.

This is the challenge faced by educators nowadays as they keep up to the perception.

Sekolah Kebangsaan Desa Petaling principle, Nazaruddin Kasim stressed that it is based on this factor that teachers nowadays are required to have the skills and knowledge of managing a student especially in the field of discipline.

Sharing his 28 year experience as a teacher, he added that educators need to be more creative in their ways of educating their students especially in building their self-esteem.
