The Regent of Pahang Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah wants every Territorial Army training to be implemented in accordance with the prescribed module to prevent bullying among officers or personnel.
He said the military training module when implemented properly could help improve physical endurance and mental resilience.
The module, he said, was not aimed at giving any individual an opportunity to hurt or injure others.
"I do not agree with bullying activities. It (bullying) is not supposed to happen anywhere, not only in the army but in any other field in the country.
"It's common for military training to be hard and firm, but there is no need to have any intent to bully others as reported in the media," he said when officiating the Inauguration Parade of the Annual Training Camp 2017 at the Kem Force 136 Sungai Miang here Thursday, where he pinned ranks on an officer and eight personnel who were promoted.
