Three injured in 11-vehicle crash on Plus Expressway

Three people were injured, one of them seriously, while eight others escaped unhurt in an accident involving 11 vehicles including a motorcycle at KM272.1, North-South (Plus) Expressway (northbound), near the Seremban R&R area, early today.
Seremban 2 Fire and Rescue Station operations chief, Faizal Abd Rahman said they received a call on the incident at 8.55am and eight firemen in one engine arrived at the location 17 minutes later.
"Three victims were found hurt, comprising a motorcyclist who had serious injuries and two car drivers who were slightly injured.
"All the victims were sent to Tuanku Jaafar Hospital, Seremban for treatment," he said.
Faizal said the crash caused a three-kilometre traffic snarl from the Ainsdale exit point to the Seremban R&R area. -- Bernama
