Three PAS candidates announced

PAS today announced three of its candidates it will be fielding in parliamentary seats in the 13th general elections.
The announcement was made by the PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang in a press conference at the PAS headquarters today.
The party’s youth chief Nasruddin Hassan will be contesting in the Temerloh parliamentary, currently held by deputy minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah.
Former army religious corp director, Brigadier-General (Rtd) Datuk Najmi Ahmad will contest in the Baling parliamentary seat in Kedah.
Najmi, who is the brother to ex-PAS vice president Datuk Mohd Nakhaie Ahmad, also officially announced that he was joining PAS today.
Najmi was to replace the former Member of Parliament in Baling, Datuk Taib Azamudden Md Taib, from PAS who will be withdrawing from taking part in the polls due to health reasons.
Also announced today was the candidacy of PAS Youth's legal and human rights division chief Ahmad Zamri Asa'ad Khuzaimi in the Titiwangsa seat.
The seat was vacated when the incumbent, Dr Lo’ Lo’ Ghazali passed away due to cancer in 2011.
