The Malaysian Insider quoted Jahabar as saying that the portal will continue to report without fear or favour despite these arrests.
Yesterday, TMI managing editor Lionel Morais, features and analysis editor Zulkifli Sulong and Bahasa news editor Amin Iskandar were arrested.
Last Thursday, the portal quoted sources as stating that the hudud amendments were rejected by the Conference of Rulers.
However, on the same day, Kelantan state Exco, Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan denied the news.
Following that, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and the police launched an investigation on the portal.
