Triterra announces first major lease with Siemens Healthineers at The MET Corporate Towers

IN a landmark move that signifies a new chapter of growth and innovation, Triterra announced its strategic partnership with Siemens Healthineers to establish the latter’s Malaysia Head Office at The MET Corporate Towers, the first Grade-A Strata Office at KL Metropolis, Mont’ Kiara.
The pivotal agreement reaffirms Siemens Healthineers' four-decade-long and ongoing commitment in Malaysia as a Med-Tech provider with close to 250 employees. As the country’s first official Siemens Healthineers premise, the company is investing in a dynamic and enriching infrastructure to provide the best experience for its employees and customers. The concept and location of The MET Corporate Towers are ideal for this vision.

With this lease, Siemens Healthineers will occupy a whole full floor plate of over 18,500-squarefeet on the 34th floor of The MET Corporate Towers. The new Malaysia Head Office will feature .a contemporary training area for healthcare professionals and a cutting-edge customer experience centre showcasing a diverse product and service portfolio, including AI-supported applications and digital offerings that play an increasingly important role in in-vitro diagnostics, image-guided therapy, in-vivo diagnostics, and innovative cancer care.
The employee working area will be redesigned in accordance with Siemens Healthineers' Way of Working (HWOW) concept, which aims to identify the optimal approach to working while promoting flexibility, work-life integration, and meeting the needs of the business. The concepts make use of digital experiences to improve productivity and collaboration through onsite and remote options. It is also intended to be future-focused and to inspire employee, customer, and partner collaboration.
