Two bodies found floating in Sungai Kulim

The bodies of two men, believed to be foreigners were found floating in Sungai Kulim, near Kampung Tun Sardon here, Thursday.
A police spokesman said they received a call at 5pm by a villager who found one of the two bodies.
"The villager saw a blue package on the the river and noticed it resembled human form. Police who inspected the package found a man's body with no identification papers."
He said police then received information from the public that another body was found four kilometres away in the same river.
The police spokesman said the man's body was naked.
"Preliminary inspection did not find any injury on both bodies. The investigation is still ongoing."
The two bodies were taken to Seberang Jaya Hospital for autopsy.
Penang CID chief SAC Mazlan Kesah confirmed the two cases and urged the public with information on them to contact the nearest police station.
He also appealed to those with missing family members or friends to lodge a police report.
