Two cousins feared drowned in Sungai Perak

Two teenage cousins are feared drowned while bathing at the Sungai Perak in Kampung Gajah near here yesterday evening.
They are Mohammad Isma Daniel Mohd Firdaus Jim, 15, and Mohamad Amirul Rosman, 18, from Kampung Gajah.
Seri Iskandar Fire and Rescue Department chief, Zaiful Effendi Ahmad said the incident occurred at 6.56pm.
He said Mohammad Isma Daniel got into difficulties in the water and disappeared before Mohamad Amirul tried to rescue him and disappeared, as well.
A search and rescue operation is underway to locate the teenagers.
