A 36-year-old Malaysian man he met was also arrested, along with a 28-year-old Malaysian woman he was earlier observed with.
Separate operations conducted by the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) this month led to the arrest of two Malaysians, the Channel NewsAsia reported.
Quoting CNB, the news portal said one of the raid took place on July 29 in MacPherson near Circuit Road, leading to the arrest of a 56-year-old suspected drug trafficker.

About 1kg of heroin was recovered from the suspected trafficker, while the woman was found carrying S$6,500 (S$1=RM3.01) in cash, it said.
Investigations into the drug activities of all suspected drug offenders are ongoing, said the report.
