Two Twitter users have been detected to have posted rude remarks against the police, with one of them calling the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar, a "Barisan Nasional (BN) Dog".

As such, Khalid has instructed the Police Cyber Investigation Response Centre (PCIRC) of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) to identify the identity of the Twitter users concerned and action to be taken against them.

"PCIRC@PDRMsia, please take action against this disrespectful individual who called the IGP a 'BN Dog', said Khalid in his Twitter post which was linked to another account using the name Nasrul Omar.

In another Twitter handle, using the name Viktor Wong, the message reads: 'Bastardization of @PDRMsia. Thanks to the ruthless@KBAB51'. Henrich Himmler of Malaysia'.

Referring to the second Twitter, Khalid said : "PCIRC@PDRMsia, also trace this other disrespectful individual for action to be taken".
