UiTM student killed in car crash on LPT2

A university student died after the car she was driving skidded and rammed into the road divider at KM271.7 Lebuhraya Pantai Timur 2 (LPT2) here, Sunday.
In the 10.25am tragedy, the victim Siti Naima Samsuni, 19, a fourth year Public Administration student of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Raub in Pahang lost control of the vehicle before she was thrown out of the Perodua Myvi.
During the accident, Siti Naaima was heading back to her campus with her friend, Roslan Ali, 19 after spending the weekend with a former university mate in Dungun, Terengganu.
Siti Naaima died on the scene due to severe head injuries after her head hit the concrete of the bridge on the highway.
Roslan, who was seated in the front passenger seat, escaped the accident unhurt.
