Badrul Feisal Abdul Rahim has passed away late yesterday evening due to heart attack.
UMW Holdings Bhd president and group chief executive officer, Badrul Feisal Abdul Rahim has passed away late yesterday evening due to heart attack.
He was 51 years old.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, it said the late Badrul joined UMW on Oct 1, 2015 and has contributed to the company’s instrumental success in key-value creation projects at various business divisions.
This includes in making UMW as the first Malaysian company to become a Tier-1 aerospace engine component manufacturer to Rolls-Royce Plc, as the group continues to embark on its ambitious journey of transformation that aims to take the group to new heights.
“Badrul has consistently demonstrated the highest values in business, governance and integrity and had made an indelible mark on his great service, personal relationship and outstanding stewardship. We are deeply saddened by his passing,” it said. - BERNAMA
