The Education Ministry and teachers should take full accountability and responsibility over the leak of the Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) papers this year.
Chairman of the Parent Action Group for Education (PAGE), Datin Noor Azimah Abdul Rahim said this was an embarrassing situation and should not be taking place especially as it involves children aged 12-years-old.

This was also echoed by the Yang diPertua of Sekolah Kebangsaan Wangsa Maju Zon 10 Parents and Teachers Association (PTA), Mohd Suhaimi Abdul Hamid who said parents should play a vital role in calming their children.
“As a father myself, I accept this situation and want other parents to continue motivating their children to be patient in facing the exams again at the end of this month,” said Mohd Suhaimi.
