Video of an angry topless woman in KL goes viral

Video of a woman taking off some of her clothes in the middle of a busy shopping area went viral.
Video of an angry woman, believed to be a Malaysian, taking off some of her clothes, went viral since yesterday.
The incident is believed to have happened at Petaling Street.
In the video, the woman is seen getting into an argument with another woman, believed to be the shop owner and began to shout and hurl abuses before going completely topless.
"Don't do this to me. What is your problem? I have already paid up," she was heard saying in the video.
She also cried out "Don't touch me," and "Shame on you" at the other woman, who insisted that she pays up.
According to the Rakyat Post who had contacted the other woman who only wanted to be known as Lee, the topless woman did not pay for her second bottle of beer.
When the owner of the restaurant confronted her with the closed-circuit television (CCTV) recording, the woman had became angry and insisted that she had paid, the portal reported.
