Viral video of teachers' rendezvous under probe

Authorities have vowed to investigate the authenticity of a video allegedly depicting two teachers making out in an office-like room which went viral on social media recently.

In the eight-minute long video, a tudung-clad woman, said to be a teacher and a middle-aged man, allegedly a school principal, were seen kissing and caressing one another.

The video was uploaded on Facebook by one 'Jones Jangkat' on Sept 15, who wrote in the caption that the duo were teachers.

To date, the video has been viewed 1.5 million times, with almost 30,000 shares.

However, the identity of the two individuals has yet to be ascertained. The date and location of the video were also unclear.

Meanwhile, the media today reported that National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) president, Kamarozaman Abdul Razak, said they would conduct an investigation to determine the authenticity of the allegations.

He said if the video was real, then action would be taken against the duo for their unbecoming and embarrassing behaviour.
