Volkswagen goes a step further for their customers with the Volkswagen Cares Programme

The inaugural of launch of the Volkswagen Cares Program got off to a strong start with the first batch of 12 Volkswagen owners conducted at the firm’s Volkswagen Wearnes Sg Besi facility.

The two part session consists of theoretical syllabus covering safety and fuel saving tips, proper child safety steps and what to do in an emergency situation. The course also covers in depth explanation of the different features available in Volkswagen cars and how they can be fully utilised to benefit the owners. Finally, a hands-on demonstration of basic maintenance tips and simple visual self-checks is also conducted by trained aftersales technicians.

Mr Armin Keller, Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Malaysia said that “Volkswagen Malaysia is proud to announce this initiative as we believe that by empowering our owners with the right knowledge, awareness and education paired with the brand’s effort, we will be able to enhance the overall ownership experience for our customers. This is a testament that our customers are our top priority.”

The Volkswagen Cares programme was developed with the aim to further enhance and boost the ownership experience for Volkswagen customers. It is a free quarterly programme which will be initiated and conducted by participating Volkswagen dealers for their customers.
