Volkswagen's third 4S Centre is now open

Volkswagen Malaysia and Swire Motors have joint forces to launch of the latest addition of the Volkswagen network in Malaysia. The latest VW Puchong centre now joins the fray as the third fully equipped Sales, Service, Spare parts and Body and Paint (4S) Centre in the country.

Spanning over a total of 92,000square-feet, the Volkswagen Puchong 4S Service Centre offers 24 service bays and is expandable to a total 35 service bays in the future. VW Puchong also has the largest Volkswagen showroom which can accommodate 15 car displays and have 2 car delivery bays.

Built at a cost of RM20million, inclusive of provisions for equipment, facilities and staff training, the centre will be manned by 30 trained and experienced aftersales staff.

A breakdown of 70% has been invested into aftersales while another 30% invested to sales.

Volkswagen Puchong 4S Technical Centre holds plans in the near future to include express service lanes, provide service for minor and major repairs, including the supply of air-cond and tyre balancing services and sales and installation of VW’s catalogue accessories.

Volkswagen Puchong 4S Centre also features an authorized Body and Paint centre which carries the new technology of newly-designed stainless steel air blow guns for paintjob with waterborne paint which is a new and improved product that requires lesser clear coats and has a slicker finish when compared to solvent based paint.
