VW ventures into Alor Setar
Residents of Alor Setar now have the convenience of purchasing a Volkswagen vehicle from 9am to 6pm daily or servicing their car from Sunday to Friday from 9am to 6pm right at their door step with the opening of the Volkswagen Alor Setar 3S Centre.The new 3S centre will be operated by Lee Motors Autohaus Sdn Bhd who invested a total of RM18 million into the 35,352 sq ft centre. The structure is capable of housing 11 car displays and a customer lounge with Wi-Fi connection and café, along with a service bay that allows up to eight cars to be serviced by 15 experienced technicians.
Other than that, the structure is also equipped with cargo lifts, diagnostics tools that have been approved by Volkswagen Germany. One of the coolest equipment in the centre is the installation of a special CCTV system that will broadcast what is happening in the service bay to the customer lounge to allow customers to watch their cars getting the TLC in comfort.
