ON March 19, the Kelantan Legislative Assembly passed the Syariah Criminal Code II 1993 (Amendment 2015) of hudud law to be implemented in the state.

The Bill was passed with a unanimous vote from its lawmakers and the amended bill to be tabled in Parliament before it supercedes the Penal Code.
