Woman run over by commuter train

A woman in her 50s was run over by a commuter train at the Taman Wahyu KTM Komuter Station here this morning.

The victim was said to have been dragged 50 metres along the track in the 5am incident.

Her body was sent to the Selayang Hospital.

A spokesperson from the Sentul Police Headquarters verified that KTM Berhad had lodged a report on the incident.

"We have yet to ascertain the woman's identity because no identification documents were found and her body was crushed badly in the accident," he said when contacted by Bernama.
