Woman survives crash that split car into two

A woman miraculously survived a two-vehicle collision which split her car into two in Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce yesterday.
Tie Jia Jia, 19, who was driving the Proton Wira from Jalan Lada lost control of her vehicle before it skidded into the opposite lane and collided with a Toyota Fortuner driven by Ling Kiew Hing, 51.
District police chief ACP Mohd Kamal Kordi said the impact of the crash saw both vehicles plunging into a ditch.
He said both drivers suffered minor injuries in the 6pm crash.
