Malaysian sole representative in the ‘Women’s Boat to Gaza’ mission is expected to arrive at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 7.45pm.
According to an information from the Malaysian Embassy, Dr Fauziah has safely arrived in Bangkok, in Thailand from Tel Aviv, Israel at approximately 4pm today. (Astro AWANI will be carrying the arrival via Facebook LIVE tonight.)
Dr Fauziah was onboard Zaytouna-Oliva with 12 female activists from different countries headed by Irish Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Mairead Maguire.
Others were a retired United States of America colonel, former South African Olympic athlete, a broadcast journalist and representatives from the United Kingdom, Sweden and Russia.
The boat was captured by Israeli navy around 35 nautical miles from the coast of Gaza before it was towed to a port in Ashdod on Wednesday.
The boat set sail on Sept 14 from Vell port in Barcelona and made a stop in Ajaccio, France before making its way to Messina in Italy for the second leg of their tour.

The Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FFC) group which comprised two vessels -- the Aman Hope and Zaytouna-Oliva -- embarked on its first leg of its mission from Barcelona’s Port Vell.
Sept 15, 2016:
Aman Hope had been forced to turn back due to a series of technical faulty. Zaytouna-Oliva continued mission on its own.
