Zach Braff's Most Adorkable Moments

Zach Braff is a cult favourite amongst geeks, the super Scrubs (Scrubs fans) and indie movie aficionados, oh and hipsters too, for Braff’s obscure taste in music and having a knack for picking out the “soundtrack to my life” for any brooding, pensive individual seeking the greater meaning of adulthood and life in general. Braff balances comedy and drama with dexterity like I’ve never seen before. An act only performed by some of the greats – a rare breed of wistful and meditative yet droll.

Besides being JD (Dr. John Michael Dorian) a doctor of medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital and us getting to see inside his mind as he has the tendency to daydream (a lot), Braff is also an accomplished screenwriter, producer and director for films such as independent film darling, Garden State and most recently Wish I Was Here, also starring Kate Hudson.

Note: His music production has actually resulted in newfound success for many artists featured in his film and Scrubs soundtracks, such as The Shins, Bon Iver and more, which eventually coined the expression, “The Zach Braff Effect”.

So we figured, since Zach Braff is a definite authority on all things ‘adorkable’ especially to individuals in their twenties or early thirties, we decided to list a couple of adorable + dorky things Braff has done.

THAT ONE TIME Zach Braff posed with his precious godson with a wide smile. What makes this moment even more amazing is that his godson is Donald Faison’s (Turk from Scrubs) son! So they are even best friends in real life. Yes, so much awesomeness.

Such a cute pair! “Me and my god son. Made with @donald_faison’s sperm,” Braff captioned the darling picture.

Or that time he unintentionally photobombed a couple’s wedding photo in the middle of Times Square, NYC! What are the odds he would be strolling by at that exact moment? That grin. Priceless.

“This is one of my best photobombs ever!,” Braff tweeted.

Or his ‘adorkable’ "relationship" with Harry Styles, as they enjoyed a “romantic dinner”. “Romantic candlelit dinner with my BFF @Harry_Styles at Mermaid Oyster Bar in NYC.” he tweeted. Oh, such a kidder!

This is what true friendship looks like. When Zach bought Donald a scooter for his birthday present and named it “Black Sasha”! Or that time he was on Sesame Street teaching kids about anxiety and he was making us anxious just by watching him!

The mother of all ‘adorkable’ Zach Braff capers has to be his duet with Donald Faison over the holidays! The two besties uploaded a video on their YouTube channel, zachndonald (major ‘Guy Love’) of their “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” duet. Clad in suits, ties and shades, they crooned the (romantic) Christmas classic with LA behind them – bringing the holiday message home. The video was heavy on the bromance - we ate it up and loved every bit!
