Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak needs to address all the speculations raised by various parties, be it from within or outside the country, to clear the air.
The was the message conveyed by Gua Musang MP Tan Sri Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah when he met the UMNO president two days ago.
"I told him (Najib), we need to do something and he needs to answer all these questions so that we can end all speculations and accusations which can affect the lives of the rakyat, because he sits at the top of the government," Tengku Razaleigh told reporters today.
"He (Najib) said he had made some suggestions, but he didn't tell me everything," he said after the launch of a Parent-Teacher Association at Sekolah Kebangsaan Star here.
On the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) issue, Tengku Razaleigh said: "The Parliament will be tabling the report by the Auditor-General, who had audited 1MDB but we don't know to what extent it is as the report is still classified. The Parliament's accounts committee is also still going through the report."
Tengku Razaleigh believed that the situation will get better if Najib can address all the speculations that have been hitting him lately.
