Meeting only discussed preparations for Parliamentary session - Azmin

KUALA LUMPUR:A meeting of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) involving the Whip leaders of the government party was held to discuss the preparations for the session of Parliament which will convene tomorrow.

PN Information Chief, Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said during the meeting, Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin informed the latest developments and preparations that need to be undertaken.

"This is just a government (meeting) involving the heads of government Whips where the Prime Minister (Muhyiddin) informs the latest developments.

"He also informed that we need to get ready for the next session. It is just an update," he said when met after the meeting with the Whip leaders at the Hilton Hotel here on Sunday.
