He had secured a total of 429 votes while incumbent Suhaizan Kaiat received 263 cotes.
Nik Mohamad Abduh, the son of the late PAS former spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat is also the Pasir Mas member of Parliament.
Meanwhile, incumbents Mohd Khalil Abdul Hadi and Khairil Nizam Khirudin retained their Youth deputy and vice president positions.
With the PAS Youth elections concluded today, all eyes are set on PAS Muktamar in Kuala Selangor beginning Thursday to Saturday.

Election for other party top positions will be held at the PAS Muktamar which will also see party president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang challenged.
This will also be the first time the PAS president is challenged since he held the position, 12 years ago.
The last time the PAS president position was challenged was 55 years ago, during the fifth PAS Muktamar.
