Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin does not see any confusion arising over the issue involving the top positions in Pakatan Harapan.
He said each position has its own role and this will be decided by the party's constitution soon.
"I don't think there is any confusion. Each of the leader mentioned, be it Tun Mahathir Mohamad, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah and others, they have their own functions and responsibilities which will be decided later," he said at a press conference at PPBM headquarters, here, today.
He said only those who do not understand and might be confused are the ones trying to create conflicts.
"There are some people who are confused and want to confuse others. There is nothing to be confused to us in Pakatan Harapan," he said.
Last week, the Pakatan Harapan presidential council named Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as the de facto leader and Dr Wan Azizah as president.
Muhyiddin, DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng and Amanah president Mohamad Sabu were named as the deputy presidents.
The vice-presidents are PKR's Datuk Seri Mohamad Azmin Ali, PPBM's Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir, DAP's Chong Chieng Jen and Amanah's Salahuddin Ayub.
Meanwhile, Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah was named as chief secretary and M. Kula Segaran as treasurer.
