Exchange of seats between Barisan Nasional (BN) component parties in Negeri Sembilan for the coming 14th General Election (GE14) will only be decided by the federal leadership.
State BN chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, however, was of the view that it was not necessary.
"I don't see any exchange of seats in Negeri Sembilan as of now, but it does not mean it will not take place as seat distribution is decided at the central level.
"I am not saying there will be no exchange of seats in the state, although I see no reason or excuse for it to happen," he told a media conference here Thursday.
