Opposition a "useless bunch" - Shabery Cheek
AHMAD SHABERY: Opposition parties are constantly bickering with each other and cannot even reach a consensus in seat allocation.
Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek called on Sarawak voters not to waste their time with the Opposition saying they were a "useless bunch".
The Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Minister, who is assisting Sarawak Barisan Nasional (BN) in campaigning ahead of Saturday's state election, said the parties in it were constantly bickering with each and could not even get their act together when it came to distribution of seats.
"They are now talking about wanting to be in power but where DAP is contesting, their partner PKR is also in the fray, in six places.
"Unlike the BN, where we sit together and thrash out our differences and come up with solutions," he said at a community function in Marudi here.
Ahmad Shabery urged Marudi voters to stand solidly behind the BN candidate for the seat Datuk Dr Penguang Manggil come Saturday as he was capable of brining real change for them.
