PAS' three wings hold polls this afternoon

PAS' three wings, Youth, Muslimat (women) and Ulama will hold their respective election this afternoon in conjunction with the party's 61st Annual Muktamar (Congress) to choose new leaders for 2015-2017.
In the meantime, the youth wing resumed its congress from yesterday, at Dewan Jubli Perak, Bangunan Setiausaha Kerajaan in Shah Alam, with a number of agenda including the selection of leaders.
PAS Youth chief Suhaizan Kaiat wil face Pasir Mas member of parliament Nik Mohamad Abduh Nik Abdul Aziz in his bid to retain the post.
Incumbent Youth deputy chief Muhammad Khalil Abdul Hadi is being challenged by Raja Ahmad Iskandar Raja Yaacob.
The 736 youth delegates will cast their votes to choose leaders for the other posts as well.

PAS leadership crisis worsens
Not far from Dewan Jubli Perak, the muslimat wing began its congress at Shah Alam Convention Centre, which was launched by PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu.
PAS Muslimat chief Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff will be challenged by Nuridah Salleh.
Meanwhile, PAS' ulama wing began their congress at Dewan Dato' Haji Fadzil Mohd Noor, Kolej Universiti Islam Zulkifli Muhammad, Taman Melewar, Gombak, which was launched by PAS spiritual leader Datuk Dr Haron Din.
The results of the party election would be announced this evening.
