AirAsia's Tony walks the talk

Thirteen Harimau Malaya fans who won the AirAsia Twitter contest have left for Bangkok on flight AK882 at 11.45am today.

The winners were flown on the budget airline's Airbus A320 aircraft featuring the Harimau Muda livery, as a mark of honour and tribute to the Malaysian national squad.

All the winners were personally hand-picked by the Group Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia himself, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes.

The contest was initiated by Tony via his personal Twitter as he invited football fans to submit a photo of themselves as supporters of Harimau Malaya.

Winners will receive a free return flight to Bangkok and complimentary accommodation at Tune Hotels to witness the AFF Suzuki Cup 2014 final first leg match between Malaysia and Thailand.
