Azizulhasni, Fatehah T'gganu's best athletes

Track cyclists Mohd Azizulhasni Awang and Fatehah Mustapa were crowned Terengganu's Sportsman and Sportswomanof the year for the third consecutive time respectively in a simple but glittering ceremony here last night.

The Sultan of Terengganu, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin presented the prizes to the winners.

Meanwhile, Khairul Anuar Mohamad and Nurul Syafiqah Hashim, both from archery, were crowned Promising Sportsman and Sportswoman.

The two archers had seen action at the 2012 London Olympics. Terengganu Sepak Takraw Association President Mohd Shapian Ali was awarded the Sports Leader award while Chee Geok Song from the Terengganu Women's Hockey Association took the woman leader's award.

The women's hockey team swept the Best Women's Team award, the men's sepak takraw team won the Best Men's Team award while cycling coach Syed Mohd Hussaini Syed Mazlan won the Best Coach award.
