ONE Championship returns to the Singapore Indoor Stadium with ONE: CALL TO GREATNESS on Friday, 22 February.
The stacked card, which will feature 11 world-class bouts, is guaranteed to be yet another unforgettable event in “The Lion City.”
Ahead of this grand showcase, we asked Malaysian flyweight sensation Gianni Subba to list his four most anticipated bouts.
#1 Ev Ting VS Saygid Guseyn Arslanaliev
The two will square off in a ONE Lightweight World Grand Prix quarter-final
Gianni Subba: Ev’s coming off a loss, but his past two matches were very impressive. Both came against top oppositions, Koji Ando and Ariel Sexton. Saygid’s coming off some good victories too, especially his last two wins against Timofey Nastyukhin and Tetsuya Yamada where he showed that he has knockout power and skills on the ground. I think this one is going to be a high-level match.

#2 Stamp Fairtex VS Janet Todd
The two will compete for the inaugural ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Championship
Gianni Subba: I think this match is going to be really interesting. I don’t know much about Janet Todd’s style, but I’m curious to see her attacking side of the game. As for Stamp Fairtex, this is her martial art, so she is learning directly from the source itself [at Fairtex Training Center].
#3 Nieky Holzken VS Mustapha Haida
The two strikers will collide in a ONE Super Series kickboxing lightweight bout
Gianni Subba: Both are coming off great knockouts. Nieky is one of the best combination striking athletes in the world. Haida has power and Nieky is a former Glory World Champion. It’ll be a good victory for Haida if he can knock him out, but I’d pick Nieky to win this because he’s the man. His fight IQ is so natural.
#4 Amir Khan VS Ariel Sexton
The pair will meet in the night’s second ONE Lightweight World Grand Prix quarter-final
Gianni Subba: I’m a big fan of both these guys. I met Amir in Shanghai and he’s really nice. Ariel Sexton is a really tough guy and I don’t think he’s been knocked out in his career. If Amir can be the first to do so, he’ll certainly make a statement.
