Its over for Zainal Abidin Hassan as the chief coach of Pahang.
He will not be renewing his contract with the FA of Pahang (PBNP) next season and his decision has received the blessings of PBNP president Tengku Abdul Rahman Sultan Ahmad Shah.
"I discussed the matter with Tengku Muda (Tengku Abdul Rahman Sultan Ahmad Shah) and stated that I wanted to move to be closer with my family," he told a press conference after the farewell diner hosted for him by the PBNP management and Pahang players here Thursday.
He added that he had received coaching offers from some Klang Valley teams including Selangor and PDRM and would be making an announcement on this soon.
