JDT to set up women's football team

Johor Darul Takzim (JDT) will set up a women's football team for the club to be sheltered under the Princess of Johor, Tunku Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah.
The news was announced by the club's owner, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim or fondly known as TMJ in an effort to reach out and unifying the young people in Johor.
The Johor Crown Prince said, in addition to women's football team, the club will also set up its own team.
"We have planned with the team and supporting to establish JDT women's football team and team.
"This is because we want to get as involved as we can with the youth and also at the end of the day this is part of our program to as Johor, for me unity is the strength any country, regardless of any religion and race," he said.
He added that apart from football, he is also planning to set up JDT rugby and boxing teams, while his wife, YM Che Puan Khaleeda Bustamam will lead the JDTvolleyball and .
