Kedah coach Tan Cheng Hoe said he was now on a mission to collect all three points against Kelantan in their Super League match on Feb 18.
"We want to win in Kelantan and we have two or three more days to prepare, as we know they have won their last two games.
"Their squad is in good shape and we may not be able to field Shazwan Zainol because he's still injured," he told reporters here, Wednesday.
He said, however, he was confident Kedah would rise to the occasion and challenge Kelantan at their own backyard.
Commenting on Kedah's 4-2 victory against Kuala Lumpur in their FA Cup match here on Tuesday, Cheng Hoe said some defensive errors in the second half resulted in Kuala Lumpur scoring two goals.
"We played well and scored four goals, but some defensive errors in the middle allowed KL to score twice but what's important is we qualified for the next round," he said.
Tan said although he could not field Shazwan in the match, his replacement Muhammad Farhan Roslan did extremely well by scoring two crucial goals.
"I want the players to learn from mistakes in every game, and they have to improve their performance in all positions, including the goalkeeper, defence, midfield and up front.
"But as a whole, I was satisfied with the game last night and hope we can maintain this good streak till the end of the season," he said. -- Bernama
