The five goals of the Red Eagles were scored by Mohd Hanif Mat Dzahir in the 24th minute; Keith Murtu Nah (48' and 50), Baddrol Bakhtiar (61') and Chidi Edeh in the 90th minute while the visitors netted their only goal via Nigeria import, Michael Chukwubunna Ijezie in the 68th minute.
PKNS FC also collected three full points when they beat T-Team 2-0 through Argentinian import, Gonzalo Soto in the 60th minute and Mohd Munir Amran (65') in a match played at Petaling Jaya City Council Stadium in Kelana Jaya.
In Melaka, Negeri Sembilan Matrix (NS Matrix) soundly defeated DRB Hicom FC 3-1 at Hang Jebat Stadium.
The visitors were shocked by an early goal by Mohd Fakrul Aiman Sidid in the 17th minute before rising to the occasion with goals in the 18th minute by Jean Alexandre; Francis Forkey Doe (51') and G. Puaneswaran in the 78th minute.
Also collecting three points were Sabah which beat Kuala Lumpur 2-0 at Merdeka Stadium with goals from Senegal import El Hadji Diouf in the 45th minute and Shafuan Adli Shaari in the 58th minute.
Johor Darul Ta'zim II (JDT II) scraped through 2-1 to beat UiTM FC at UiTM Stadium in Shah Alam.
JDT II's Singapore international player, Mohd Shahril Ishak put the team ahead in the ninth minute before Dao Bakary equalised for the host in the 29th minute.
Argentinian import Leandro Sebastian Velazquez assured JDT II the victory with a goal in the 80th minute.
At City Stadium, Penang managed a 1-0 win over 2014 FAM League champions, Kuantan FA of Pahang with a goal from its visiting player, Lee Kwang-Hyun in the 53rd minute.
