“Nobody chooses an unhealthy life, but the struggle is real.
“We are time-starved in this day and age, while there are more fitness options than ever before, many of us don’t have the time to explore; KFit puts everything under one umbrella, and is a win-win scenario for all parties.”
Melissa also added that the biggest challenge for the KFit team is to change old habits.
“It’s about changing the consumer behaviour, changing their mindset as to how they approach fitness.
“It’s very difficult to change a behaviour, so it’s almost as if we’re creating a movement.”
Candidly, Melissa likened working out to dating.
“Everybody is busy, but we make time for things that matter. Just remember the last time you met someone you were interested in, and suddenly you had time for lunch, dinner, tea, coffee, everything.
“Getting active should be a priority for everyone!”
