Local team kicks off strong at World Cup Asia Paintball championships

Local paintball team, Nemesis Legion put a spirited display for a good start in Division One matches at the Naza World Cup Asia Paintball championships Friday.

In its outing at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre here, the team which was placed third in the tournament last year, won three matches and lost one.

Nemesis Legion of Kuala Lumpur led by Mohd Rezal Jamaluddin defeated Raskal Malaysia and Xtioneer of Malaysia as well as 2012 champion Infernal of Thailand before losing to Beez Waxers of Malaysia.

Mohd Rezal said the team is targeting to at least qualify for the final round in this championship.

The Datis team is at the top of the table after day one of the competition followed by Nemesis Legion in second spot.
