...
The women's doubles pair of Vivian Hoo-Woon Khe Wei advanced to the second round of the Malaysia Open Super Series Premier Championship at Putra Stadium, Bukit Jalil today.
Vivian and Khe Wei had to sweat for one hour and seven minutes to beat Putitta Suparajikul and Sapsiree Taerattanachai of Thailand in three sets.

Malaysia's top women's doubles pair won the next two sets 21-17, 21-16. Vivian and Khe Wei will either meet Anggia Shitta Awanda/Mahadewi Istirani Ni Ketut (Indonesia) or Christinna Pedersen/Kamilla Rytter Juhl (Denmark).
Past meeting of the two pairs is in favour of Christinna/Kamilla who won when they first met at the Uber Cup tournament in India last year.
"We hope to perform our best tomorrow to show that Rosman's hardwork is not wasted," said Vivian.
Women's doubles coach Rosman Razak quit the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) stable yesterday and will be replaced by Lim Pek Siah on May 1.
Meanwhile, Khe Wei who was surprised by Rosman's decision to terminate his contract with the BAM wished her former coach a successful career elsewhere.
