Malaysia XI vs Barcelona FC match at Shah Alam stadium

The match between Malaysia XI and Barcelona FC will take place at the Shah Alam Stadium and not at Bukit Jalil Stadium as originally scheduled.

BSC Soccer Malaysia's Managing Director Effendi Jagan Abdullah when contacted confirmed the change of venue for the 8.45 p.m. match tonight.

According to the club's twitter account @barcastuff, the match will take place at the Shah Alam Stadium due to the poor state of the pitch in Stadium Bukit Jalil.

Barcelona FC, also known as 'Los Blaugrana' began its 2013/2014 Asian Tour by beating the Thai national team 7-1 at the Rajagamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, on Wednesday.

Barcelona is expected to round up the tour with tonight's match and return to face the new season of the Spanish Primera League that is slated to kick off on Aug 17.
