Malaysian pair wins silver medal at Asian Diving Championship
Malaysian divers Ooi Tze Liang and Chew Yiwei clinched the silver medal in the men's synchronised 3m springboard event at the Asian Diving Championships in Dubai yesterday.
The pair accumulated 336.33 points as Lin Jin and Su Zewan of China bagged the gold with 399.57 points. Hong Kong's Jason Poon and Chow Ho Wing took the bronze with 322.95 points.
Meanwhile, Malaysian Loh Zhiayi finished fourth in the women's 10m platform after accumulating 257.70 points.
Chinese divers Wu Shengping (385.30) and Xing Yiying (358.50) took the gold and silver medals respectively while Fuka Tatsumi of Japan settled for the bronze medal with 257.70 points.
