Two Malaysian MMA favourites, Peter Davis and Ann 'Athena' Osman are set to make the local fans go crazy as they have been added to ONE FC's upcoming fight next month.
The event by Asia's largest MMA organisation will see Davis taking on Vaughn Donayre from the Philippines, and a girl fight between Ann and Aya Saeid Saber from Egypt.
Another Malaysian who will be joining the card is Sabahan, Marc Marcellinus. He will face Anatpong Bunrad in a bantamweight battle.
Davis is a Wuji Chuan practitioner and regarded as the face of mixed martial arts in Malaysia.
Apart from being the top lightweight contender, he is also a prominent celebrity with a long list of modeling and acting roles on his CV.
As for Ann, the country's first female pro-MMA fighter made a big impression when she defeated former world boxing champion Ana Julaton during ONE FC's previous showdown.
The 28-year-old Sabahan lass possesses superb wrestling skills and powerful ground and pound technique, making her a tough matchup for any opponent.
The three local fighters will join two other Malaysian contenders, 'Evil' Ev Ting and Raymond Tan who were listed earlier in the event's fight card.
Besides that, the ‘Father of Pakistani MMA’ Bashir Ahmad will also be included in a fight against Thailand's Tanaphong Khunhankaew.
