Nur Syazwani wins gold at Thai Open
National back up bowler Nur Syazwani Sahar won gold in the Under-21 Junior Masters category on Thursday.
National back up bowler Nur Syazwani Sahar won gold in the Under-21 Junior Masters category at the 41st Thailand Open bowling championship held at Blu–O Rhythm & Bowl Ratchayothin, Bangkok on Thursday.
The category which is for both men and women, Nur Syazwani, 17, edged her competitors by just eight pins when she amassed 1,680 pins after eight games.
Malaysia's Siti Aishatun Hussin took the silver after dropping 1,672 pins overall while Kuek Qi En of Singapore the bronze with 1,646 pins.
