Over 1,000 exponents for national invitation taekwondo championship

Sabah Minister of Community Development and Consumer Affairs, Datuk Zainab Ahmad Ayid said over 1,000 exponents are expected to participate in Sabah National Invitation Taekwondo Championship, here in May.
"We want to make this tournament a platform for youths to be involved in health activities," she told reporters after chairing the first meeting of the tournament's organising committee here, today.
The tournament is organised by the Sabah Ministry of Community Development and Consumer Affairs, the Sabah Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Malaysian Global Taekwondo Federation (MGTF).
