Pandelela bags second silver at world series in Dubai

Malaysia's diving queen, Pandelela Rinong claimed her second silver medal in the second leg of the 2014 FINA Diving World Series at the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Sport Complex in
Dubai, Saturday.
The 21-year old Sarawakian who clinched the first silver after partnering Leong Mun Yee in the women's 10m synchronised platform on Thursday, accumulated 358.75 points in the individual event of the same.
China's Liu Huixia retained the gold medal she won in the first leg on home soil earlier this month after scoring 400.70 points while Canadian diver, Filion Roseline had to settle for bronze with 355.20 points.
Pandelela had won a silver and bronze each in the same categories in the first leg held in China.
The meet will continue with the third leg in London from April 25-27; Moscow (May 2-4); Windsor, Canada (May 30-June 1) before concluding in Monterrey, Mexico (June 6-8).
