Organising chairman, Danny Law Heng Kiang said about 3,000 participants have registered to take part in the annual event, since the online registration was opened last Wednesday.
"We are expecting 40,000 local and international runners to participate in the marathon," he said in a press conference, here today.

The marathon is divided into four categories, namely men's and women's full marathon 42km, men's and women's veteran; men's and women's half marathon 21km (men's and women's open, men's and women's veteran); men's and women's 10km; and junior 10km.
