National squad (Harimau Malaya) chief coach Datuk K. Rajagobal has given the assurance that he will be fielding the best 11 players for the friendly against Chelsea FC at the Shah Alam Stadium tomorrow.
The 57-year-old coach, however, said he would have to look at the "crock list" first before finalising the line up.
Speaking to reporters after leading a training session of the squad at the stadium here Saturday night, he said that he would also not be fielding two key defenders, K. Reuben and Mohd Fadhli Mohd Shas, who just returned home after playing for the Harimau Muda A squad handled by coach Ong Kim Swee at the World University Games in Kazan, Russia.
He was also happy that three other key players, strikers Mohd Safee Sali and Safiq Rahim and goalkeeper Khairul Fahmi Che Mat were back with the team, after nursing injuries or health problems.
Chelsea kicked-off their 2013/14 Pre-Season Asian Tour on a winning note by beating Thailand's Singha All-Star XI, 1-0 at the Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok on Thursday.
The club will be in Malaysia until July 23 before heading to Indonesia to conclude their tour against an Indonesian XI for the BNI Cup at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta.
Kick-off is at 8.45pm.
